Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of your items, we are unable to accept any returns or issue any refunds. However, Photons and Stitches will allow up to 3 days, upon delivery of an order, to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All custom orders are veified and approved before production begins. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchasing. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please email me at here.

Tumbler Policy

  • All items are custom handmade to your order unless specified.
  • If you need an item sooner than stated turnaround time please purchase a rush order listing in addition to the item that you are purchasing.
  • No RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS or REFUNDS will be offered UNLESS it was a mistake on my behalf. This will be addressed in these situations.
  • All Tumblers are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You may purchase additional shipping insurance through Route in your shopping cart. Once they leave my hands and are shipped I can’t not be responsible for the items. If there is an issue with your item when it arrives please contact me within 24 hours.
  • All tumbler designs are sealed with food safe resin. Once it has cured properly it becomes safe, per FDA code, 21CFR175.300 which states “Resinous and polymeric coatings may be safely used as the food-contact surface of articles intended for use in producing, manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, treating, packaging, transporting, or holding food” as long as it is in accordance with the prescribed conditions listed in the FDA code.
  • I work extremely hard to make sure that your tumbler meets your expectations. Please remember that these are hand crafted and there will possibly be some small imperfections. It try my hardest to prevent all of these but there are a number of things that can affect this.
  • Every once in awhile you might find a stray piece of glitter….. We use A LOT of glitter and sometimes it will make it’s way to another item. We like to refer to them as Stray Photons.
  • All turn around times are ESTIMATED, when you purchase an item (besides Ready To Ship) you are agreeing to this time period. Please remember that some things do have that are unexpected along the way and it might need a bit more time.
  • Please do not put these in the dishwasher, microwave, leave in HOT vehicles or drop.
  • It might crack or break. Sometimes we can fix them if they are dropped (you will be responsible for shipping and repair fee).
  • Each tumbler has care instructions and a business card in each box.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at here. Once approved, you will recieve instructions on how to ship your item for exchange. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us before a new product is sent.
